HR Online Conference 2025 – Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket and attending the HR Online Conference 2025 ("the Event"), you agree to the following terms:

1. Organizer

The Event is organized by SUHR, s.r.o., Husova 1308, 671 72 Miroslav, IČO/DIČ: CZ14202573.

2. Tickets & Pricing

The ticket price is €29.

Payment is processed via SimpleShop and/or Stripe.

All participants automatically receive a tax-compliant EU/CZ invoice.

3. Refund Policy

Tickets are non-refundable.

The fee is intentionally kept low to cover organizational costs (website, marketing, event setup).

If you cannot attend live, you will receive access to recordings (see Section 5).

Tickets are transferable — contact us if you wish to assign your ticket to another person.

4. Program & Speakers

The Organizer reserves the right to adjust the program, timing, or speakers if necessary.

Any changes will be communicated via email.

5. Access & Recordings

Participants will receive a unique access link via email.

The Organizer is not responsible for individual technical difficulties (e.g. internet connection issues).

Recordings will be provided after the Event, but availability may vary by session, depending on speaker consent.

The Organizer cannot guarantee recordings of the entire program.

6. Liability

The Organizer is not liable for any damages arising from attending or inability to attend the Event, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
